Consumer Complaints
The Department of Justice provides consumers a process to file complaints against a business. Go to the oag.ca.gov/consumers page for a referral table that lists the regulating agencies for each type of business and how to file a complaint.
If the complaint is not against a business that is regulated by another agency, then you can file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office using the form at oag.ca.gov/consumers.
If you believe a business has committed a crime, please report the crime to the local district attorney or city attorney.
